I wish I could just walk up to you

And say the words I’ve been wanting to
But I can’t seem to take, another misread hand of fate
So I won’t follow through

I wish I had the confidence

To tell you how I feel
The confidence to make you believe

Whenever I see you

It’s like I’m stuck in Jell-O
And I can’t move
And my mouth, it seems to be glued
And my casual glare probably looks like a stalker’s stare
