Going back in time at least in my mind

It’s the time of the year
Where I write out what I would like
But everything truly deep is just out of reach

My Xmas list

Let’s see what there is
The only thing I really wish
Is that I could still feel her kiss
Take me back in time
To when she could have been mine
Tell me what to do and say
So that she wouldn’t have ever left
I could ask for the stars
But there is only one thing I wish

So many chances missed

So much I wish that I could change
So many times I wished for second chances
There is so much I would like
To have given to me, but there is one thing I really need

I guess maybe I should broaden my view

If I can’t have her
Maybe I can find someone new
Someone who can love me, love me like she never did
Someone to love me, that is my only wish
