Post 357: What Are You Doing the Rest of Your Life (4/11/10)

What are you doing the rest of your life (1/27/10 c, 4/11/10 w)

Love story, boy meets world
I never thought that that could be, could be true
But that was before, before I ever knew
I ever knew the beauty clear through
That I found, that I found in you

My time has opened up what do you want to do
Would it matter, matter at all
If I confessed my love to you
What are you doing for the rest of your life
Because I’ve got some plans, plans in mind
And I could make them, make them for two
If you wanted, wanted me too
Can I ask you tonight
What are you doing the rest of your life

Falling in love is so easy, easy to do
If only everyone else had someone, someone like you
They would know, know the taste
The taste of love true

I am so happy, happy that you would even
Even consider being my heart’s completion
But my heart beats only for you
There is just one thing I have to, I have to ask you

My time has opened up what do you want to do
Would it matter, matter at all
If I confessed my love to you
What are you doing for the rest of your life
Because I’ve got some plans, plans in mind
And I could make them, make them for two
If you wanted, wanted me too
Can I ask you tonight
What are you doing the rest of your life

This can’t be love
Because love isn’t supposed to feel, feel this way
At least I have never heard it defined that way
Because all the words I know are so wrong
They don’t describe something, something this strong

But you’ve wrote a new, a new definition for me
For the first time, I think I, I think I believe
I believe in, I believe in destiny

My time has opened up what do you want to do
Would it matter, matter at all
If I confessed my love to you
What are you doing for the rest of your life
Because I’ve got some plans, plans in mind
And I could make them, make them for two
If you wanted, wanted me too
Can I ask you tonight
What are you doing the rest of your life
