We're talking 1996-98 ish. When dinosaurs roamed the earth - or the cinemas, i forget which one. Sometimes my memory is frighteningly good...
Backstory: there was this skinny, freckled, red-headed "bible thumping" girl who would hang out in the TV room with me sometimes (i think she even got a dorm award for it). We'll give her the pseudonym Katherine. If a female takes time out to damage my shell, i tend to develop kind of feelings for them. i seriously wasn't attracted to her until we spent a bunch of time together. But life is never as easy as marrying the first girl you go on a date with (sorry they're out of Heath). It was two, by the way. i wish it was - dating is one/several of the levels of Hell (though my unsuccessful sample size is two people).
Fast forward to 1998 "songs": a new girl emerges on the scene. Before her common name became a swear word, she was an 5'2" ish overweight nerdy girl with glasses (also 38DD). Why i like "nerdy girls" with blue eyes and vision impairments, i don't know. Yes, another girl i met in the TV room who broke my shell - and later me.

"Songs": Earlier, is just bad, horrifically so, poetry. Eventually, i tried to copy the 3+ verse 2+ chorus format. Remember these were "written" without any music. There might be a couple of decent lines. Basically "feelings" are a dirty word - these were "lyrical" impressions of stuff i didn't really understand pushed through the lens of "songs.
"Best of the Group" (mostly a little on the nose autobiographically):
