I can’t be in the room with you
Without fidgeting in some way
There is just something about you
Something that seems to give me

Give me energy
When you walk in the room it’s hard to explain
It like a tiny pain
The energy I get when you look in my eyes could power my TV
Whenever we touch
I feel this strong surge, surge of energy

I guess when we kiss we could power a block
I was always so sedate
Before we started to date
But now I think I found
I think I found my electrical ground
It’s so strange it’s true

When you enter the room
I swear I can feel you
Even when we’re meters apart

When we embrace
If it emitted a light, I swear you could see it from space

When my heart beats
I swear it is from you
You make me try things that without you I would never do

I used to be depressed, but it’s hard to be
When you love is powering me
