Unwritten Requiem

No, i'm not going to go on a writing spree. As the Righteous Brothers and Hall and Oates said, i've "lost that loving feeling" a long time ago. Some "song" titles popped into my head.

Parentheses are concept or date the stuff popped into my twisted mind (usually late at night). Now for the list nobody has been waiting for...

Recap: Ephemeral Eventuality, Nothing Left to Say, Requiem

The last 3 of my labels to go semi-recap.

Ephemeral Eventuality, as far as i can tell was for late 2010-2013. It refers to the concept that everything eventually fades away. Especially love/relationships.  Composed of pretend concept albums: Inertia, Songs for the Girl I Never Met, Sound of Silence and Ephemeral Eventuality.

Nothing Left to Say, looks to be a one day burst period in 2015. There aren't even any unwritten. i seem to have lost any ability i had after Ephemeral Eventuality (maybe before then, if i ever had any).

Requiem is basically the catch all for anything past Nothing Left to Say. 2023 and later. This will be the last tag i use for "songs" (barring a series of miracles). Maybe i can find the inspiration to fake a few more "songs", but i don't have much, if anything, left in me. Sometimes stuff pops into my head at random though. One of the the last ones i tried, i waited too long and forget where i was going with it.

Recap: My Last Year on Earth

Ready for another thrilling recap of very poorly written "songs"?

My Last Year on Earth (not so much) was written in 2009/2010 and might be big enough for it's own recap. It consisted of sub sections Unfinished Business and My Last Year on Earth 2010. I even have sections for attempts at Xmas (other post) and Halloween themed songs (sort of). They are not covered here.

Not sure when this stylistically happened, but my fantasy kind of shifted from process (one on one type things) to result - impregnating a woman. Not that i ever really knew enough about physical intimacy to have good fantasies anyway. This might be reflected in "songs" - or it might have been earlier. Sometime in the chronological 30s. Some were a little more on the non-PG realm (none of these listed below).

These bounce between hopeful/delusional dreams and depressing life-sucks type (i think). i think someone said hope is an opiate. It is hard to completely give up hope (you're just 6-numbers or the "one" away). i'd like to think that pre-destination or destiny was a real thing. What is meant to happen will happen and i can't screw it up.

Some of these might have spoken to me when i reread them. Or maybe i just needed to have some on the list. There might have been more, but the formatting got messed up somehow, making it harder to read many "songs". Defaulting on Paragraph instead of Normal?

Recap: My Last Year on Earth: Xmas

This is probably a Naughty/Nice list infraction, but i'll post this recap anyway.

i decided to break these out from a recap of My Last Year on Earth (this will likely be published much sooner; it is a big tag in number). In late 2009/early 2010, i decided to write "Xmas" songs (more likely loosely related to the winter season).  i haven't read these in a while, maybe some of them will not totally suck. Not likely.
